I was having the same problem yesterday (just installed initially 7/28/09.) I de-installed the Win agent, re-installed it, deleted the client entry on the management system, and added it back and got a new export key for the client. Restarted both pieces, and then the route would get added on the client and no more invalid command name error messages when it was triggered.
