Dear Mailing List I am struck up into a problem. The agents are not shown in the WUI agent list. Moreover when I run the agent_control tool it shows disconnected. However if I see the alert.log the alerts are coming from that agent. And if I make a search through UI the alerts do come.
Can any one tell why the agent is not reflected in UI and why it is showing never connected in agent_control and any possible ways to fix it. Thanks and Regards Gagan Bhatia
