Cinelerra for the non-linear editing The slides can probably be exported as png files and an audio track added. Export in ogg/theora format I believe one can also publish in flv format without restriction. One can then publish online with FlowPlayer. However, FlowPlayer does have a problem with large videos - it will try to download the entire video and can flood the buffer in Firefox (or something like that). It would work better to insert metadata key frames and host it on a pseudo-streaming server. Again - I am no expert and only did this for my work on the spiritualoutreach.com site in my signature (which has the buffer problem that I've not yet gotten around to fix).
