Hi guys, yesterday i had my ossec hids configured and i met the error
which its fail to send an alert to my pre-configured email address.
This is the error log of ossec.log:
2010/02/26 13:21:58 os_sendmail(1767): WARN: End of DATA not accepted
by server
2010/02/26 13:21:58 ossec-maild(1223): ERROR: Error Sending email to
209.85.223.92 (smtp server)
and following is my configuration:
<global>
<email_notification>yes</email_notification>
<email_to>[email protected]</email_to>
<smtp_server>gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com</smtp_server>
<email_from>oss...@andrew-desktop</email_from>
</global>
i have tried to change to another smtp server but it doesn't work.
Hope you guys can give a solution for this problem as soon as possible
