There is a script created by E. Schroeder already on your sourcedirectory, where you compiled ossec.
You can find it in .../contrib/ossec-batch-manager.pl Just create a general client.keys containing all your servers for the serverside, then grep on your hostname for each client-side client.keys. A simple copy of that line followed by a restart af the agent will suffice. Also do not forget to restart your server beforehand.
