When entering the IP, you can enter a CIDR value (192.168.1.0/24) if you know 
the DHCP range the machine will be using, or you can enter 'any' (without the 
quotes) if you do not. This will allow the agent to have any IP and still be 
able to connect.

manage_agents can take CIDR or any. I am fairly new to OSSEC a little bit
