I also have a daily post going up on my site[1].  It's probably not as in-depth 
as what Michael will be posting, but I hope it's of some help.  I'm 
concentrating on what OSSEC is and how to set each feature up.

Day 1 : An into to OSSEC
Day 2 : Installation
Day 3 : Server/Agent setup
Day 4 : Integrity Checking
Day 5 : Decoders
Day 6 : Rules
Day 7 : Rootcheck and reporting

As I mentioned, these are meant to be intro articles rather than real in-depth 
discussions.  That said, I am interested in feedback on what I've written.  
After all, I'm still learning too!
