To me the biggest thing that sticks the professional products apart from OSSEC is the lack of a decent front end. The WUI works for displaying logs and basic alerts but really comes short for configuration, running reports (compliance reports would be nice), and other nice GUI management items like restarting the service, connecting/bouncing agents, etc.
