With sample logs (*wink wink nudge nudge*) we can support websense, bluecoat, etc. I think most of them will do syslog. If anyone wants to send me the hardware, let me know. :P
I have access to Blue Coat SGs and we have been evaluating Web Sense. Adding support for Blue Coat is on my list (a ways down). I might be able to share some sanitized logs if someone wants to work on this.
