As for myself, I am going to continue to work on Windows rules. After they are at a point where I am satisfied, I plan on creating something like a rule style guide so we have a standard for new submissions. This will enable us to make better use of rules that look for groups, etc, if we know that, for example, every rule will have a group.
Making OSSEC easier to use in the enterprise is another general goal of mine.
I have access to a lot of different types of enterprise apps and network devices, so there is more than I have time to add. That's always the problem.. time.
