Setting the frequency to 15 minutes actually means "wait at least 15
minutes, but it's okay if you need a little more time." And I'm
guessing the system starts counting after the previous syscheck run
has completed (as opposed to 15 minutes from the last time syscheck
started).
So starting 20 minutes later doesn't seem like a big deal.
