Maybe i just found the solution:
cat /tmp/log | /tmp/ossec-hids-2.5.1/bin/ossec-logtest -a |
/tmp/ossec-hids-2.5.1/bin/ossec-reportd

Is there a way to safe this in a file? tee doesn't seem to work.
