A couple of caveats for anyone else who may need to do this while I'm
thinking of it - I also had to alter the Makefile for rootcheck to
remove check_open_ports.c and check_rc_ports.c, then rebuild (it was
actually rootcheck_lib.a inside syscheckd that was actually causing my
issue).
