Hello all, I'd like to integrate ossec with monit as I've experienced a situation where ossec had stopped (only ossec-maild was running). This this was a pre v2.6 setup which I've now upgraded.
Has anybody else done this or is it not required or recommended with v2.6? Is there a way to stop ossec including the pid in the pid file name? Should I just use /var/ossec/bin/agent_control to check detect that ossec is running? Regards -- Michael.
