Hi We are running ossec on cli ok and we've tried installing the gui to facilitate managing the agents as we have added quite a few. Ossec is running fine httpd is running fine (I get the default host/apache webpage) I can get to the host/ossec page; it does ask for the credential from the ./setup.sh script Yet instead of getting the default giu I'm getting the listing of the directory content cf print screen below.
I'm guessing I'm missing a simple/stupid step in the setup; would it be in the Apache setup ? [root@radius ossec]# pwd /var/www/html/ossec [root@radius ossec]# ls -ltrh total 92K -rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 462 Mar 19 2007 ossec_conf.php -rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 923 Feb 27 2008 README.search -rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 1.2K Feb 27 2008 README -rwxr-xr-x 1 apache apache 5.2K Feb 27 2008 index.php -rwxr-xr-x 1 apache apache 278 Feb 27 2008 CONTRIB -rwxr-xr-x 1 apache apache 1.8K Feb 29 2008 setup.sh -rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 218 Feb 29 2008 htaccess_def.txt -rw-r--r-- 1 apache apache 35K Mar 3 2008 LICENSE drwxr-xr-x 2 apache apache 4.0K Mar 4 2008 img drwxr-xr-x 3 apache apache 4.0K Mar 4 2008 css drwxr-xr-x 2 apache apache 4.0K Mar 4 2008 js drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4.0K May 9 15:04 tmp drwxr-xr-x 2 apache apache 4.0K May 9 15:04 site drwxr-xr-x 3 apache apache 4.0K May 9 15:04 lib [root@radius ossec]# cat /etc/group | grep ossec ossec:x:505:apache [root@radius ossec]# everything else is default installation: httpd/ossec/centos etc.. any suggestions ? regards
