Conceivably so. FreeNAS is just FreeBSD with some things installed, and
OSSEC does support FreeBSD, though I've never run in.

Wanted to update this earlier but didn't get the time. That should be
"I've never run it". I do and have for some time run FreeBSD in
production environments, but just have not run OSSEC on it. I'm sure it's
about as easy as running it on linux, as I do in an enterprise environment
currently (RHEL5/6).
