There's 1 UI specific to OSSEC that may or may not work. It's the Web UI you'll find info about on the website and the mailing list. You'll have to patch the 0.3 version to make it work properly though. You can also use splunk, ELSA, logstash, and graylog2 with OSSEC (alerts anyhow).
