Wikipeidia says:
"Celerra runs on real-time operating system called as Data Access in Real 
Time (DART). 
DART OS is a modified UNIX kernel with additional functionality added to 
operate as a file server."

a) You can try to pre-compile and  install OSSEC Agent on your NAS device. 
    If the installation is successful, you can monitor File Integrity on 
the NAS device by modifying the OSSEC configuration file. 

b) If not, check if you can SSH to the NAS device.
     If yes, you may be able to write a script for Celerra to do agentless 
monitoring.
