I believe you'd want to feed your OSSEC alerts to a log analyzer that has a GUI from where you can perform your auditing tasks.
Ossec has a web GUI available or if you prefer there are a few other options out there: - BASE (old) - Security Onion - Snorby - Prelude Manager \ Prewika (old) There's a bunch more but I cant recall.
