Is this a WUI error or an ossec agent error? If it's an ossec agent
error, make sure:
The agent in question has a unique IP address in manage_agents
The agent in question has the correct key as extracted from manage_agents
The key is unique and no other agents are using it
The server sees the agent as coming from the IP address assigned to
the agent in manage_agents
