Ok, I still don't know what this means, but I'll assume it's fine so I
don't have to ask again.

Try turning on debugging (/var/ossec/bin/ossec-control enable debug)
and restarting the ossec processes on the server
(/var/ossec/bin/ossec-control restart).
Also, make sure the packets from the agent are making it to the
server, and look for responses.
