I’ve detected a bug in "OSSEC Agent Manager" over Windows 2008 x64, when i try to restart OSSEC from console another window is displayed with the message "Unable to start OSSEC (check config)" and no logs are generated inside the file "ossec.log". At the first time, I thought that OSSEC was not running, after made some tests (adding files inside the monitored directory ,..) I realized that Ossec was working propertly and getting the notifications. I think that's importatnt to resolve this issue to facilitate the use of this window without passing through windows services mmc console Thank you in advance.
