If I try to create a case manually, I get this error: # /opt/xplico/script/session_mng.pyc -n "AP home" "April" Traceback (most recent call last): File "session_mng.py", line 18, in <module> EOFError: EOF read where not expected
Any ideas on how to fix this? I re-installed xplico and tried copying over the directory from a box where it runs fine. Still fails on this one.
