Looks like I need to update the list in the documentation: http://www.ossec.net/doc/syntax/head_ossec_config.localfile.html#element-log_format According to the source (https://bitbucket.org/jbcheng/ossec-hids/src/e0b12fd4961c97850841a6f1a7e8af47f1bb3e41/src/config/localfile-config.c?at=default) there is also: syslog-pipe, ossecalert, and generic.
