Are there any processes eating up a lot of memory on the system?

Can you get a list of agents in manage_agents?

Do you see any agents? If not, stop the OSSEC processes on the manager
and remove the manually (delete client.keys).

I've never seen this before, and I can't really dig through the source
to look into it now.
