To do what you ask - to strip the security out of a security tool - is the wrong approach. Doing it right - that is, deploying Windows agents using pre-packaged keys and using a remotely/silently installable package - is possible. It isn't documented 100% and will require you to make a few tweaks on your own, but the guide that will point you in the right direction is here: http://philipshramko.blogspot.com/2010/10/deploying-ossec-hids-via-active.html. This was also posted to the list at one point, but it is formatted much nicer on the linked blog. It isn't the easiest cookie-cutter process to follow, but it will do exactly what you want in the end.
