I'm using the repo version to install ossec. I want to log to mysql but
unfortunately the dependency versions incompatible. RHEL/CentOS provided
libs only support 16 while it seems ossec wants 18.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
