Saw a post saying that if you 
- mass-generate the keys on the server
- parse the resulting record for a client out of the client.keys file on
that server
- place the parsed-for record into a client.keys file on the client in the
proper directory
- Start the windows client

...then it would work.  Tried this and it does indeed work.  So I'm thinking
all I need are instructions on the mass generation of the keys and a script
to parse it and spit out a client.keys file for multiple users.  Doing this
one user at a time isn't an option.

It's a shame some effort isn't being put into making the agent-auth stuff
work on Windows.
