Problem solved : I have changed permissions of the wrong tmp directory ! Sorry for my mistake.
For your information if you have an OVH server under release 2 during the installation there is no tmp directory that is created inside the ossec directory. Just create the folder, give it the permissions and you're good to go. Btw there is no .htaccess file, you have to create it. Hope it helps someone. Seb.
