Quick fix - if "/usr/xpg4/bin/sh" exists, edit "ossec-2.8/src/Makefile" and replace all instances of "/bin/sh" with "/usr/xpg4/bin/sh" See my post here <https://groups.google.com/forum/?authuser=0#!searchin/ossec-list/solaris$2010$20Makeall%7Csort:date/ossec-list/C9zCFOotdrc/cQe0jke7-koJ> for details.
