Hello, I want to make a survey how people handled laptop and their ossec configuration.
While on LAN, ossec-agent to centralized server is good but if away for some time (more than 1d?), I would prefer a daily email report as server will have no public ip. and maybe more regular check if laptop is on power or immediate if critical for example. Has anyone implemented this kind of setup? Maybe with an hybrid install (but what's new 2.7 seems to say otherwise ... http://ossec-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/whatsnew/) I saw this thread https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/ossec-dev/HUr758U8MyU/nKNKoQwgq4sJ which seems to imply there is no real handling of roaming devices currently. right?
