Yesss, great! I just have tested: it works! There were a side effect of another "bug" (by my fault): on my VMs, /tmp is mounted with noexec attribute. When I try to reinstall with your command line, I've seen the execution of /tmp/ossec-hids.config.220781, so, with a proper remount, the problem is solved.
