We are using AlienVault at work, when using "any" I'm not getting trend
charts, current IP addresses, file change reports come in as 0.0.0.0... few
other things. I manually set some up with 0.0.0.0/0 and everything works
fine.
The IPv6 branch just changes 'any' to '::/0' internally, which actually
has the same meaning to the various socket API functions.
