Hi all, I am having the exact same issue the only difference is my client is running on Windows.
I ran the same tests as what is described or asked above but nothing works, nothing gets fired on the client side and the active-response.log on the server is empty. I have enabled debug on both client and server side but I don't see anything that relates to my issue. Another test I ran was trying to restart the agent from the server (with agent_control -R) and it does work so I'm sure the communication server->client works.
