Hi Jose.

If I understood correctly, you have 10.171.5.12 as real IP, and 10.171.5.10 
as virtual IP. I bet you can use the route command to redirect traffic from 
the virtual IP through the real IP.

On the other hand, if the issue is that the server (at 10.177.1.108) can't 
authenticate the source IP of the agent, you can add the agent into 
manage_agents specifying "any" as IP address, so the agent will identify 
itself by name instead of IP.
