hi OSv developers,
Here comes another piece of Xen support for aarch64 platform. These changes
allow
to use regular console I/O from within OSv applications.

xl console utility can be used to access console, read buffered output from OSv
and provide it with input characters. Small application that doesn't require
filesystem or network access can be loaded & run, e.g. tst-hello.so. For all
that to work driver requires evtchn machinery, that have already been merged,
plus mapping of shared structures introduced in this patch series.

Successfully verified on both x64 and aarch64 under Xen (Intel Atom
and Renesas R-Car Gen3 respectively), and also under qemu-system-aarch64.
