It's America, knock yourself out. OTOH, if said zombies are intending to use deadly weapons as part of their "protest" then a preemptive raid is *exactly* what is called for. A peaceful protest does not require a gun and throwing knives and I don't want some untrained hippy getting blown away for waving gun.
