Anybody who would use the word "victory" in the context of Iraq obviously hasn't listened to General Petraeus or any of his chief staff. The have been consistent in saying that "victory" is not a word that they would apply to the situation in Iraq. We are leaving an Iraq that is much more in the orbit of Iran than it was under Saddam.
