Hmm... That hadn't even occurred to me; I only use handbrake for  
ripping DVDs.

Well, crud, I was hoping for something a bit faster.  Guess it's time  
to get an octocore?  Course, I can't simply drop a new 8 core chip  
into my Xeon based MacPro.

On the plus side, 1.5TB Seagate drives for $139.  I think I'm getting  
two.
