Hi guys.
I want to host a web site and do my own email.
I have a domain name.
_But_ I also have an IP that changes once in a while.

The mail and site are just a project and for personal, friends and
family use. So it's not going to be a big deal if it's down once in
a while.

I've considered using dyndns, with their custom dns service, since my
IP is subject to change once in a while.

But I'm wondering if I can do this on my own?

The name is registered and the name servers are set to dyndns's name
servers.
But if the IP addy changes, I'd have to reset it with them, I think.

If I can do all of this using OS X 10.4.11 I'd prefer to.
I know how to set up Apache and Postfix. More or less.

But I have no clue about setting up the name server, nor what
security precautions I'd need to set up. nor whether named will do
what I need it to. (Presuming it is named that's on OS X.)

Anyone want to hold my hand and lead me in the right direction here?
I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Jeff
