I guess the answer to the outrageous spending of the last 8 years is to multiply by 13 and do it harder.

Oddly, that seems to always be the government's solution, no matter to problem, no matter the party.

If you really wanted a simple stimulus, paying off 90% of the home loans in the US would send the economy into hyperdrive.

Of course congress wouldn't get to pick winners and losers.
