Hmm, until you said that I was gonna suggest Unfuddle. 2 people + 1 project
+ 200MB storage = free, but you may run out of storage quickly if you're
posting lots of images and audio. Of course the next level up is only $9 a
month, and you've got the added benefit of SVN/Git repositories and a
ticketing system.

I'd recommend you check it out - I use it for both personal and work
projects and it's the best solution I've come across so far for managing
software development.
