No, this has nothing to do with religion and schooling.

The first killings last week were the CIRA - a band of perhaps 200
disaffected militants seated deep in border regions. They'd been
planning something all along and as a result the govt brought in the
Special Reconnaisance units.

The second killing was more sinister - and again nothing to do with
schooling - more to do with the demilitarisation of the province, the
reduction of attention to personal security and the hatreds of
personal connection. For all we know, this killing was motivated by
the policeman giving one of these lads a hard time for shoplifting.
The earlier killings and a stiff drink provided the rest. It took
place in Lurgan - a real dead end shithole.

This has nothing to do with integrated schooling. The vast majority of
us just want to get on with life.

But I'm glad some prick in London apparently knows how to fix it. They
helped cause it.
