They are trying to justify what they did now that people are looking at it. That is pretty obvious. They are also making their case in the event charges are brought against them. That is all this is. Bush won't do it so Cheney is. Why? Because most of this came from Cheney and not Bush. I love his "classified" dodge. As it is anything Cheney says is suspect because he's made so many false comments.
