Hi Kevin, I'm the support person for a law office that has an iMac running WinXP via Boot Camp. Every other month or so, I get a call that the iMac won't print from the Windows side. It's always the same "print spooler" error. The first time it happened I just googled. I came up with this: <http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm> I know zipideedoodah about Windows, but by following the directions there, I have always solved the problem.
