Now that iTunes movies have arrived in Germany an AppleTV is looking like a possibility. I think I understand what it can and cannot do, but I'm not sure how it does what it does and am therefore unsure whether it makes any sense at all to consider the model with the larger HDD.
Am I right in thinking that I can *stream* any Media that the AppleTV can play to it from any Mac on the LAN running iLife apps, iTunes, or Aperture ? If so, the standard model will be more than sufficient.
