You will file a form CO with the copyright office. Go here to get
started:

Also, is you have not yet done it, you have to sign up with Bowker to
get your
ISBN stuff done. Go here to get started:

And finally you have to file with the Library of Congress. Go here

For printing (if that's a route you take) a friend of mine has been
doing fairly
