I agree John. I encountered the 'List Nazis' early on and, as a result, I now 
mainly lurk on the lists- since posting exposes you to the risk you'll piss 
them off. Occasionally, I'll contact someone backchannel if you think I have 
something useful for them. It's a real shame, because there is a lot of good 
information flowing across the lists. Also, I view their behaviour as so 
'un-Mac-like', one visiting the LEM lists would think that all Mac users must 
be assholes by default...
