No criticism of GoodReader implied. It does a hell of a lot and the price is close to unbeatable. As far as I can tell the differences in function are: GoodReader offer connection to IMAP servers, independently of the mail accounts you have set-up on the iPad. ReaddleDocs offers access to all of the attachments in alls of the mailboxes you have in your iPad mail accounts independently of the mail protocol that each account is associated with. (I prefer Readdle's approach here) ReaddleDocs doesn't offer ftp access (GoodReader is obviously better here if you need this (I don't)) The biggest difference is in the UI both in the browsing interfaces and the reading interfaces, particularly with spatial organisation and the decisions about what to put in lists, what to put in large panes and what to put in pop-overs. ReaddleDocs is IMO way out in front here. (I wasn't expecting this, since I don't much like Readdle's iPhone UI especially there Basecamp client.)
