Hi Catherine, I confirm that this version of OTB integrate SMAC in the OpticalCalibration application. You can also adapt examples on how to use SMAC filters with the example in the radiometry directory:

There should be some update needed on atmotb code as OTB is presently moving to a new major version 4.0 (the atmotb is based on OTB version 3.18). Moreover I don't think that the SMAC version will be integrated directly in OTB as it would be better to have th OpticalCalibration application which can use 6S or SMAC code independently.
